The NSW government has detailed its long-awaited roadmap out of lockdown, with restrictions to be eased in three stages. And the state has recorded its lowest daily case numbers in more than a month. New South Wales is on track to hit its target of 70 per cent full vaccination on October 5th with restrictions to ease the Monday after.
