에이미 검사, 연인관계 불꽃 튀는 공방

속칭 “에이미 해결사 검사”사건의 두 주인공인 에이미와 검사 전 모씨 간 진실 공방이 치열하다.에이미와 전 검사가 연인관계였는지 여부가 전 검사의 행위에 대가성이 성립하는가를 결정, 양형 결과를 크게 좌우할 공산이 크기 때문이다.

검찰조사에서 전 검사는 "프로포폴 사건을 수사하며 에이미와 알게 됐고 이후 연인 관계로 발전됐다"고 진술한 반면, 에이미 측은 "법률 조언을 받은 것일 뿐 그 이상은 아니다"라며 상반된 주장을 한 것으로 알려졌다.
이와 관련해 전 검사측 변호인은 “당시 전 검사와 에이미는 교제 관계였다고 보면 된다”며 전 검사가 수차례에 걸쳐 에이미에게 송금한 1억원에 대한 기자들의 질문에는 ““연인 관계에서 그럴 수 있는 것 아닌가”라고 대답했다.
연인 사이기에 거액의 돈을 송금한 것도, 에이미가 과거 성형 수술비용을 환급 받고 무료 재수술을 받게 하도록 성형외과 최 모 원장에게 문자를 보낸 것도 법적으로 문제될 것이 없다는 것이다.
전 검사와 에이미가 프로포폴 사건을 겪은 후 연인 관계로 발전했다고 전 검사 측 변호인은 말했다.
그러나 에이미 측은 전 검사와는 “법률 조언을 받은”사이일 뿐, 성적인 관계 등은 전무했다고 일축했다.

Amy has denied that she is in a serious relationship with the prosecutor. She reportedly claimed their relationship was purely just legal advice, dismissing rumors about the possibility of a sexual relationship with Jeon.
